Autumn has now fully settled in, and with it Brussels’ cultural scene is coming alive. Concert venues across the city are filling up once again, welcoming an exciting mix of national and international artists ready to brighten our increasingly darker evenings and weekends. From intimate performances to large-scale shows, the season promises a rich variety of sounds and experiences for every music lover. Belgian drummer and singer Carla Biber, surrounded by friends and artists, celebrates in a family atmosphere the release party of her first solo EP 'I Might be the Problem' on 10 October at Atelier 210 (Brussels). The evening promises to be resolutely pop, stimulating, under the theme of love and inner dialogue. Three concerts are on the program with a contagious, joyful musical atmosphere, without concessions and it is the presentation of Carla’s project that will mark the end of the evening. The presented tracks explore as much of the very universal questions of legitimacy in relationships as they are about passions and dynamics specifically queer.

Festivals and other music events
JAM Sonor, a new music space in the former MIMA museum, open its doors the weekend of 2 and 3 October, with a special programme featuring talks, listening sessions, a music exhibition, concerts and DJ sets. Check it and register here.

October in Belgium strikes a vibrant chord with a rich variety of music festivals that span genres, venues, and atmospheres. FrancoFaune 2026 will bring together once again some of the best and upcoming francophone artists from Belgium, France and other French-speaking locations. Urban32 returns to Botanique on 7 November with rising urban artists from Belgium with concerts, a Cypher competition, Music Video Awards (for the best video clip of the year in the “Emerging Artists” category) and a marketplace of creative projects. Programme and tickets here.
From 30 October to 1 November, Les Nuits Weekender celebrates national and international talent with 3 days of concerts at Le Botanique bringing internationally know artists like The Avalanches or IAMDDB and upcoming talent like Belgian singer-songwriter-producer Camille Keller.
