Texas back to Brussels on tour in 2027
5 November at Forest National
'Say What You Want', 'Halo', 'Black Eyed Boy'... These are some of the unforgettable classics that gave the 90's color and catapulted Texas to the top. In 2027 the Scottish band celebrates 30 years of their iconic album ‘White On Blonde’ with a European tour that brings them to Brussels' Forest National on 5 November.
Texas recently celebrated its 40th anniversary, but effortlessly continues to convince new generations of fans with infectious melodies and the magnetic look of frontwoman Sharleen Spiteri. The ideal moment to look back on the album that the band finally catapulted to the top: ‘White On Blonde’. Texas' fourth album was released in February 1997, in a period when Britpop dominated the musical landscape. However, the band resolutely chose its own course and was inspired by soul, triphop and many other genres. The result was a collection of songs that both moved and linger.
Thirty years later, fans can rediscover this legendary album thanks to a special anniversary edition, complemented by the brand new track 'Another Way To Cry', out on 5 February, and this special tour.
