JEN is the pop-rock project of 24-year-old Jente Neels. A fresh sound, bold guitars and sharp hooks that stick with you mean she is rapidly establishing a name for herself on the Belgian pop scene.

Things have moved fast since her debut single in October 2024: JEN has played her own shows at home & abroad and appeared as support-act for the likes of Pommelien Thijs, Compact Disk Dummies, Sylvie Kreusch and even British pop star Lola Young.

The band makes its mark live too, with energetic shows and solid festival summers featuring visits to Suikerrock, Beach Festival, Crammerock, Moen Feest and Zeverrock, amongst others. JEN is no stranger to the music scene: Jente Neels played previously as a musician for artists like Sylvie Kreusch and guitarist with Pommelien Thijs. For JEN, she resolutely chooses to focus on her own music and story.

This Friday she releases new single titled 'I'll Do It Myself', is a veritable punky middle finger to a society in which individualism seems to be increasingly becoming the norm, but also an ode to asserting oneself, taking charge, and forging one's own path. Because sometimes, the message is quite simply: fuck it, I'll do it myself. The song is a new taste of JEN's debut album, 'Any Questions?', which will be released on 16 October.

JEN will celebrate that release on 15 November 2026 with a show at AB. A next step for a project that is rapidly developing into one of the most exciting new pop acts of the moment.
